Nestled on 3 acres of land in Park County, this beautiful and well-maintained Colorado house offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and natural beauty. Built in 2015, this 2388 square foot residence boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open floor plan designed for effortless living.

The main level features a serene primary bedroom, a convenient guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, highlighted by high, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase breathtaking views.

The walk-out basement offers additional living space, complete with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a spacious family room perfect for relaxation and entertainment. A laundry/utility room and ample storage complete this functional space. With plenty of natural light pouring in, the basement feels surprisingly bright and airy.

The house was perfect for us: clean, comfortable and very well stocked. It looked exactly like the pictures, bright and spacious. The owners were available and responsive to questions. We took an amazing hike around Jefferson Lake based on their referral. We would love to come back again.

Very spacious cabin. Had plenty of room with the double living rooms and the huge deck overlooking the mountains with plenty of seating. Lots of wildlife around including bats at night and lots of hummingbirds, elk and couple of moose. This is now my favorite place to stay in Colorado. All major areas are within couple of hours driving so were able to visit all the major tourists areas as a day trip.

Great beds, and linens, very clean! Hosts provided all the basic supplies. House is remote, buy your groceries before you come. About halfway between Denver and Brekenridge, it’s a long drive to anything - but you will enjoy privacy, great views and dark skies.
