Condo 316 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Great beach getaway
Island Beach Resort was a perfect location. Pool and beach easily accessible and having the restaurant right there was great.
Our condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would stay here again.

Great Staycation
My family and I had a very relaxing time here. Great location and nice having Shucker’s right there to grab a meal or cocktail. The rooms look like they’ve recently been renovated and are fresh and bright. Highly recommend staying here for some quiet time on the beach!

Disappointing
When I rent a condo on the beach I do so that when I wake up I can just walk to the beach. The property management knew there would be no beach access due to the dredging that has been going on for over a month on the beach and should let renters be aware before booking the condo.
