Situated right on the Indian River Intracoastal Waterway with a private dock and access to all of the community amenities. The home is a short 4-minute walk to the beach, and has been newly renovated for a modern, comfortable vacation stay. Open floor plan with amazing water views of the Nettles Marina and the Jensen Beach Bridge.
