You will be mesmerized by the unbelievable 7 th floor south east facing rap around view. 2 bed 2 bath completely updated unit. Most of the time you will just stare out at the ocean, the sailboats, the dolphins the surfers while enjoying your coffee .This is a sun drenched unit .Great fishing off the beach just grab your chair and cast .lots going on. Happy hour on Fridays, golf groups, tennis, pickle ball ,fitness groups,canasta, bocce ball tournaments. Bunco .This is the preferred south east exposure,75 feet up.The unit is flooded with sunlight(unlike the darker interior units)Every window has a view of water, Doesn’t get any better then this.All smart tv s. super fast internet(500)fully equipped new kitchen 2 brand new designers bathrooms ,king in master, queen in 2nd . Fabulous view

The pictures don't lie! This condo is very well equipped and comfortable. The location is great providing superb viewing of sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the Indian River lagoon. The beach and pools are easily accessed within the gated complex. The unit itself is clean, has new living room furniture and a 4K television on the wall. Located conveniently between Ft. Pierce and Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Island provides plentiful activity and dining opportunities. We will definitely return.
