Localizado próximo em frente à rodoviária e uma igreja neopentecostal. O culto na igreja foi prolongado e um tanto ruidoso, mas terminou antes das 22h e não comprometeu o sono. Dependendo da localização do quarto pode ser inconveniente para leitura, estudo ou mesmo assistir TV. Hotel dispõe de garagem coberta. As instalações aparentam ser novas. Recepcionistas prestativos e atenciosos. Estadia apenas para pernoite, de passagem pela cidade.
