The property is right next to the pub so the spot lights shine into bed 1 & 2 all night. Bed 3 has the kitchen above it. The kitchen floor is loose and very noisy even on tip toes and wakes bed 3 which were the kids. Could not make a tea do dishes or enter there once they went to bed. The place was tidy but unfortunately very dirty, it needs a spring clean and wipe down of everything to remove dust. Last people in must of cooked meat inside as there was fat splashed on coffee machine and edges of cupboards that we cleaned off prior to use by us. The loungeroom air-conditioning was hard to get any temperature set properly. The best points were booking staff and the ease of check in also replies via text or email were very prompt.
