Muito bem localizado próximo a farmácia, padaria, academia e mercado 24 horas. Apenas uma quadra da orla de cabo Branco. Ponto negativo é o serviço de arrumação apenas a cada três dias e a Internet muito ruim, não consegui trabalhar usando o wi-fi.
