No internet on the rooms, bed linens is old e dirt. I spoke with front desk about internet and they said that was not they could do…they changed me to another room but still didn’t work

I did not get any of my VIP benefits at all, and the room had an ugly view facing the hotel next door so I kept the windows closed the whole time I was in the room. BUT the location is great, price is great, staff were so very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze.

Fun weekend in João Pessoa

The hotel was small but cute. The location was great right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Given that the hotel was short the views aren't as good as taller hotels but being right on the beachfront has its perks. Just know when you're booking a room with a "beach view" it's not the best. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very tight, difficult for two people to use at the same time. Hot water was good. Although the room did have AC it didn't really work that well, more of a fan. I had to sleep with no sheets/covers. But my preference is cold nights, im sure other people are fine with that. Shouldn't take away from the overall experience. The pool was tiny but I guess appropriate for the size of the hotel. Nice views from the top of the building.

O hotel é muito bom , café da manhã top , infelizmente só a limpeza que deixou a desejar. Lençóis e toalhas sujas e não limparam o quarto mesmo pedindo. Mais eu voltaria com certeza, acredito que isso pode ser resolvido.

Precisa melhorar muito

Ruim, lençóis manchados e encardidos, banheiro muito pequeno, poucas tomadas no quarto, não fazem reposição de papel higiênico e sabonete, não tiram o lixo do quarto todos os dias. Só tem um elevador e é pequeno, barulhento e da solavancos. Café da manhã simples, todos os dias as mesmas coisas, não mudam nada, fora que só tem uma garrafa térmica de café que acaba toda hora e demoram uns 20 minutos pra repor, mesmo em horários de pouco movimento acabava e tinhamos que ficar um bom tempo esperando.

Excelente localização, funcionários atenciosos, ambiente limpo, bom café da manhã, bons restaurantes próximos, padarias, mercados, farmácias, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Piscina muito pequena, apenas um guarda-sol nessa área.

Experiência foi ótima, a localização do hotel é privilegiada e perfeita! O hotel não é novo, porém conservado, os quartos são bons! Classifico como 3 estrelas, o café da manhã é excelente! Checkin foi um pouco demorado, mas no geral valeu muito a pena !
