In our experience, people in the city, in general are friendly but they can be a little bit impatient, and not providing what is available to choose according our preferences as serving food that its not what we eat or pushing us to make a quick decision which might not be in our best interest. Like Home properties are great for short term, with kitchen utensils, clean. Talking to their office team in person near reception is helpful.

We arrived one hour before check in and were aware the room would only be available after 3pm. Still we have to wait around 15 min after 3pm to have access to the room as it was still being cleaned. Once in the room we were not happy with the cleanliness. Mirrors with splashes of toothpaste, the state of the sofabed was the worse. We reported it straight away, they sent someone to have a look at it but nothing was done in regards to this. The team was fine, listened to our complains and suggestions. The location is great and the price paid was ok. We always found parking space available and the swimming pool was pleasant. We did not make use of the gym though. There is a playroom in the building and this was great for our child. I would suggest changing the coffee machine to a kettle and a better broom in the room so we could keep the room a bit clean during the stay. There was a new sponge but we did not make use of it as we did not cooked/eat in the room. Air conditioner worked perfectly during our stay.

O hotel é muito lindo, a piscina perfeita, e a equipe muito atenciosa. O que deixou a desejar foi a falta do eletrodoméstico que era esperado ter no flat, mas não teve e ninguém providenciou quando sinalizei a falta. Mas pelo hotel eu voltarei sim.

A começar pelo checkin: falam que podem antecipar mediante disponibilidade, mas infelizmente não é verdade! O Flat estava pronto e fiquei aguardando mais de 1h30 na recepção, simplesmente porque o recepcionista disse que não poderia liberar nenhum minuto antes das 15h. Achei tão inflexível! E realmente só liberou 15h (e formou uma fila na recepção, causando um certo tumulto no atendimento, mas não antecipou 1 minutinho). A administração em si precisa melhorar, demoram bastante para fazer atendimento via WhatsApp e a qualidade do atendimento não é das melhores. Quanto a infra do flat: chuveiro simples, mas funcionando direitinho. Travesseiros horríveis! Banheiro com mau cheiro no ralo, mas uma boa localização e organização. A entrada e saída do prédio é bem tecnológica (reconhecimento facial). Por aqui tem outros lugares melhores!
