Vamos começar pela recepção, completamente às escuras, luzes todas apagadas, um breu. Recepcionistas extremamente mal humorados e grosseiros. Banheiro com luz queimada e o barulho da rua era insuportável. O chuveiro parecia cair água de bica e não esquentava, frigobar mofado, desligado e enferrujado, pisos soltos, pernilongos pra todo lado, vidro da janela quebrado. Solicitei 2x que trocasse o quarto, mas alegaram 100% de ocupação e não foi atendido. Sobre o chuveiro, o recepcionista muito ríspido disse que era eu quem deveria arrumar indicando que o registro ficava ao lado de fora do box e inclusive orientando como tinha que fazer! No dia seguinte já com outro recepcionista, pedi a manutenção do chuveiro que foi realizada. Sobre o café da manhã, bizarro! As comidas tinham gosto de velha, requentada, sucos quentes, balde de gelo derretido, bolos pareciam serem comprados em um lugar qualquer. Os rechaud estavam fechados e não tinha plaquinha informando o nome da comida que tinha ali dentro, minha esposa abriu e o vapor queimou a mão dela. No check-out me seguraram um período pois alegaram não estar encontrando o pagamento que havia sido feito pela plataforma. A localização é até ok, mas não se pode chamar de hotel esta espelunca velha, abandonada e insalubre que tive o desprazer de pagar. Não recomendo de maneira alguma.

Bem no geral vou citar pontos positivos e negativos começando pela localização é excelente na orla de cabo branco próximo de todos aqueles movimentos noturnos da orla pertinho do letreiro JOÃO PESSOA supermercado na esquina muito boa localização tem uma café da manhã bem variado que serve bem variação de frutas salgados (pães) tapioca e bebidas sucos, café achocolatado e iogurte tem estacionamento gratuito rotativo ambiente limpo o que eu não gostei a estrutura já está bem deteriorado algumas coisas precisa de reforma o deck da piscina muito velho já está bem gasto o, o quarto que fiquei muito antigo as coisas parecem que ainda é da época da inauguração do hotel tinha tv. LCD só pega canais locais um frigobar muito gelava bastante ar condicionado muito bom split banheiro muito antigo piso também me atendeu, porém eu fiquei no 1° andar 111 não gostei que fica bem na rua lateral é barulho todo momento dos carros e pessoas passam na calçada às vezes gritando como as pessoas vêm a orla e estaciona bem ao lado do hotel tem uns flanelinhas que ficam sempre gritando lá mais no geral é um hotel bom precisa apenas de algumas reformas modernização para atender melhor o seu hóspede pelo preço pago não há muito o que se exigir mais já fiquei em hotel melhor em Tambaú e pagando mesmo valor mais ele é melhor em localização é perfeito o mais recomendo tem algumas coisas a desejar mais os pontos positivos superam os negativos
