Kindly be advised that Pecanwood is a residential estate and there are neighbours within close proximity to the property. The property is ideal for a quiet, chilled out get away with friends/ family.

We do not allow parties of any form or size on the property and noise levels must be contained. If you are planning a party, this is not the ideal place - security is strict about noise (music, speaking loudly after certain hours) and there are hefty fines for breaking the rules.

In addition to the booking, Pecanwood Estate requires that guests complete a booking form and submit ID copies for vetting. The estate also requires clear selfies from some guests (up to 3). These are used for entry and exit as the estate uses facial recognition at the main gate. All info and forms to be completed will be sent closer to the arrival date.
