Shower was uncomfortably high. So i had to wash hair even if i did not want to. Stayed in family room for 4. Only 2 towels and 2 waters were given. Towel request took half an hour. 2nd night no refreshments were replaced. Tea, coffee milk etc. Service were slow

When we arrived we were told we were upgraded to a five star hotel room in the hotel as there were water leaks in the booked suite king sized bed room. The bus driver then told us they needed the suites for the convention. The rooms we got in the hotel instead had 2 single small beds too small for me and had to kettle etc. I told the person who brought the cases to the room and the house keepers just came and Made the single beds again! Was a joke and I booked this king size bed the night before an 18 hr flight to Hong Kong and I couldn’t get sleep with the small bed - I demand a refund ! Damien Heffernan

The breakfast was the same daily. The omlette was good. It needed to be labeled better. There was no hot water for tea as the machine was out of order. Staff was not helpful with assistance, under normal circumstances it is self served. The room was clean. The wifi may be better if it is password protected. Most times the signal was too weak in the room. The shuttle service was top notch.
