The staff were very polite and friendly… from bell boys to check in. - The noise from the bar area was so loud it drowned out the reception area and the ability to hear what was being said. As a business traveler I missed the ability to get decent wifi. I was told by reception that it does not work with IOS devices (iPhones and iPads)

Convenient Hotel Stay
Pros:Very nice!
Cons:MK Tours Transport was a mess. Shuttles & car services weren't available and wrong booking times were made. Drivers were pleasant and friendly though.
Location:Shopping, restaurants, cinema, etc.
This was a great hotel that provided comfort and security to a single traveller. Located within walking distance of two large shopping centers and cinema, this is a great location to stay if you love city life, but want safety and convenience.

Convenient to the Gautrain
Pros:The staff was very accommodating.
Cons:Breakfast was pricey. We misunderstood and thought it was included. $70+ US dollars for 4 people.
We stayed for 3 nights, on the first leg of our trip and one night on the return. We had planned to take the train to the airport when we left to go to Zimbabwe. The train was not working for some reason. The hotel staff immediately got us a car and took the four of us (and another couple) immediately to the airport so we could make our flights.

I can promise you that this has been addressed internally and further measures have been put in place to ensure that this does not happen again.
