Staff was great. Loved the location near the subway station, restaurants, and convenience stores. Quieter than myeongdong or Hongdae, but easy and quick to travel there. Walkable to Seoul Station as well.

Ena Hotel is conveniently located for shopping, dining snd public transportation. The hotel staff are very professional, courteous and very helpful. Hotel is very clean and room I stayed was spacious. I arrived at around 7:30pm with my Aunt, however, there was no one yo assist us yo carry put 5 luggage into our room from the lobby.

Great Hotel, but restaurant needs improvement
The Good: - The location of ENA Suite Hotel is Great! It is located right next to the City Hall Subway station and very close to the Seoul Train Station - There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel (important when I get to the negatives). There are 7 restaurants within 100 feet and many more within 1000 feet or so) - The hotel and rooms are very clean - The hotel staff are friendly and helpful - The hotel has a great service where if you have Do Not Disturb (DND) on your room door, they most of the time will automatically leave a bag of towels and supplies by your room door (most hotels just skip your room if you have DND on your door). Nice touch ENA!! The Bad: - ENA Still does not offer Breakfast! I specifically looked to see if ENA had a breakfast service, but I guess the information that I saw was out of date. When we arrived they informed us that they still were not offering breakfast due to COVID. Really?!? It's 2024! Every other hotel that we went to has breakfast these days. - ENA does have a restaurant for Lunch and Dinner, but we were never able to eat there. The first time we went, the whole restaurant was taken by a company for an event. In preparation for another try we went by the night before to ask if there would be any issues the following day and we were informed that there wouldn't. When we came the next day, they asked if we had a reservation, so we were denied again! Summary: - I would stay at ENA again if they fix Breakfast
