You will love this generous ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Private and separate from the main house with ample living area, bathroom, large kitchen area & outdoor patio, for indoor-outdoor living. The quiet split AC's, tile flooring and covered parking make this a comfortable beach rental.
There are two split A/C units, double-paned windows, an outdoor grill area and covered parking. Easy walk to Buzz’s Restaurant or Kalapawai Market.

o local é bom, mas na realidade é um "basement unit", não uma casa separada da casa principal, mas abaixo da casa principal, então todos os ruídos da casa principal são ouvidos noite e dia. O ar condicionado da casa principal é muito barulhento e fica na parede colado na cama beliche que fica no living room. O ar condicionado do living room é muito fraco para o tamanho do ambiente, que inclui a cozinha, fica calor durante o dia, especialmente se estiver cozinhando. Segundo banheiro na verdade fica do lado de fora da unidade, dentro da lavanderia, não é útil.O ar condicionado do quanto de dormir deu problema algumas vezes.
