"I’m honestly shocked this hotel is advertised as a 4.5-star property—it felt closer to a 2-star experience at best. The room was extremely outdated, with no signs of recent renovations or upkeep. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. It was not clean to standard, and the shower felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades. The showerhead was rusty, old, and had almost no water pressure, making it very uncomfortable to use. The balcony was another issue—the windows were old and loose, and with the wind, they made constant squeaking noises throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the extra fees are excessive and frustrating. You’re charged $45 per night for parking, plus an additional $45 daily resort fee, which doesn’t feel justified given the poor condition of the property. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not return or recommend this hotel to others. "

"My king sized bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. Hotel location was excellent, within walking distance to everything in Waikiki and in a very safe lit area for night time meandering. The pools and gaming room were great. I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times and there were few lifts so it took a while because this was popular accommodation. Staff was super friendly. "
