Wifi was too slow to do anything, some stuff didn't work so we had to ask for fix, pool was too smelly and the hotub had suspicious bubbles. I wish they offered proper care for their guests leaving as well. But the room was ok and clean with the ocean view, we could see more than we expected.

Price was ok given the week we were there since there was a big conference and it was the week prior to Christmas. Washroom was very small. Tried to upgrade to a bigger room, but the washroom was exactly the same size. Breakfast had a good variety of food and was a little different each day. Can't complain about free breakfast.

Honestly, this hotel was great, free full breakfast everyday, the standard 2 queen room was a little small but we managed. Staff was helpful, I would recommend the ABC stores just across the street to stock up on water.

The housekeeping staff are amazing! Breakfast quality is as expected and the team did a good job managing the crowds. Parking is confusing and with limited available spaces it isn’t guaranteed which can be a challenge. Overall good value for money in a decent location.

The room was clean. Although the hotel was busy…. The staff was excellent and obviously well managed as they handled the volume of people very well. We stayed on the 30th floor and the elevators struggled to keep up at times but we planned for it.
