The staff are really friendly and responsive to requests. The hotel location is very good with many amenities like shopping and dining ate nearby. The only drawback is the street noise. Even though we stayed on the 11th floor, the street sounds were a bit loud. It could’ve been just that side of the hotel hears the street noise, but we didn’t stay long enough to find out.

The facility was located in an area close to multiple restaurants and shops. The room was clean and handicap accessible and the pretty lobby area had an amazing floral scent. We had a delightful stopover prior to our cruise.
