The room was comfortable and quiet. We were on 4th floor, but didn’t get a balcony. They started on 5th floor. Should ask when booking about that if you want a balcony.

Property says "free wi-fi" is offered. This is true, but what is not mentioned is that it is reliable neither time-wise nor location-wise. We had 2 rooms. One room readily had wi-fi at any time, and the adjacent room rarely had access to wi-fi at all. Parking spots in the parking area were barely wide enough to accommodate a regular size vehicle. No problem for those such as Smart cars, though.
