The beds are too small. The pillows were way too soft. Housekeeping wasn't filling up our coffee station, so we had to go down to the lobby to ask for more coffee and accompaniments. Housekeeping wasn't replacing all sizes of towels...we got a lot of big towels and hand towels. It would have been nice to know about the construction before booking the hotel. I got sent an email about the construction after I booked our trip, eventhough the construction seemed to have started well before we arrived. However, the staff was super friendly.
