Property was very cute and colorful, rooms were a good size and had nice amenities. The soundproofing was not good; we could hear everything through the doors and was woken up on several occasions from other guests arriving back at very late hours. House cleaning was also unpredictable and hard to schedule around.

Service was amazing, always showed up with clean towels or whatever I needed that they could provide, very quickly. My only complaint is that the bathtub was EXTREMELY slippery, and i was not warned nor offered a bath mat until one of the hotel housekeeping staff told me that I could order one from the front desk. It arrived immediately, but not before I actually slipped and fell several times. I had to put down a towel to stop the slippage. Anyway, I really liked my stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the nice quiet blackout curtains. Not much of a view, and the pool was rather small, but the view from the pool was better. The location was perfect...close to all the restaurants, the beach, shops, etc. Continental breakfast would have been nice, but the coffee was good. I'm a local who came back to Hawaii after 10 long years away on the Mainland, and they really showed the Aloha Spirit. Mahalo nui loa!
