Hotel service was disappointing. The front desk staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The only positive experience was with the housekeeping staff member, she was extremely kind and truly the best part of the hotel. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel due to the poor service.

The hotel is very conveniently located and I didn’t have issues parking on site. The staff were very friendly and they were even able to accommodate a late night check out time (8pm) for a reasonable fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, pleasant staff, great location, good prices. The shower was way too small, the rooms need updating and we were supposed to have a partial ocean view but a parking garage was blocking it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good home base while visiting Oahu.

The room was clean. The view from the Deluxe corner room was amazing. The free breakfast was very good. The house keeping was very good and they cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. The hotel is located 2 minutes to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 stars highly recommend.We stayed here for 7 days highly recommend this hotel. Staff is friendly. The room was clean and water was hot in shower. The breakfast buffet was good. Close to the beach, resturants, and shopping, an easy walk. Little outdated with decor, old carpeting, paint. The A/C wasn't working well 1 day. The pool area is small and not heated. Overall it's a comfortable place to stay.

Consistency with service and helpful communication. Very nice employees and even when we checked out helped us with storing our luggage while we went out and when we came back they had game room where we spent some time while we waited to get picked up.
