It was clean but very old and not updated. Unfortunately, being downtown there were a lot of homeless hanging around that block, not much the hotel can do about that.

Great spot if you are looking to stay in Chinatown. Hotel is very clean, rooms were very clean with good views. Hallway had a strange odor, but room smelled good. The AC in our room could have worked better. Staff was incredible - welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Communication was amazing! They texted reminders, welcome messages and even helped us sort out parking ahead of our arrival. Hotel and rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The views were great from the 37th floor and there were several dining options nearby. Rooms were spacious and it was convenient gaving laundry! The parking garage ramps are steep but we were glad to have a designated spot texted to us on arrival day and liked that we could go in and out as much as we needed to during our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Would stay again!

We loved the area away from the hustle and bustle, yet able to get into Waikiki easily. The hotel is neat and clean. Beds are comfortable all at a reasonable rate.

What a surprise!!! This hotel was super affordable, but boy was I impressed!The room was super spacious and had spa tub!! This was one of the few hotels in this price range that even had a hot tub next to the pool. Highly recommend-I will be back again!!!!

Strange setup of the property. 1)Reception Desk below ground level 2) two elevators needed for access to pool area 3) Room condition failing. It appeared a property lacked funds for a much needed repair. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Location was OK but being in the business district everything shuts down after sunset.

Nice room but could be updated

The rooms are dated. The pillows were hard and stiff. Gave me neck pain. The elevators were hot and muggy. Would be much more pleasant with air conditioning. However, the rooms are nice and large. This would be a perfect stay if the rooms were update.

This room was nothing like the reservation described or pictured. The room was dirty, old, outdated, wired strung across the floors and down the walls, no plug outlets for charging phones. Do not reserve this property!
