"The pools were cold and the water was murky and gross. The hot tubs were overrun with children because the pools were so cold which should’ve been a BIG hint to the hotel staff but obviously no one was around monitoring the pools. Everything else was great EXCEPT the pools cleanliness and waiters around the pool were non-existent. "
