The staff -front desk, porters, wait staff at Orchids and Room Without a Key-was consistently welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast at Orchids food and presentation superb. Halekulani is truly a five star property. The staff are great. The service is top-notch. The food was excellent. Also like the location on the water but away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping district. It is a very well run property. The Halekulani seems to do it all. My second visit here and they never missed a beat. Their service and attention to guests is exceptional without being disingenuous. Best in the business in my opinion
