We got to the hotel early, but was not allowed to get out room till after 3 pm check in. Then I wanted some coffee in the morning but had to wait till after 7 when breakfast opened up. Most best Western we been at has coffee all day and allow you to check in a little early!

We booked this hotel because they offered shuttle service to the airport and we had a very early morning flight. When we arrived, we were told the shuttle was out of service and we should take an Uber. In the morning an Uber was booked for us, but never showed up. The staff was not very helpful and we were very worried that we would miss our international flight.

Everything was more than i expected. I thought it was going to be one of those hotels that is "good enough" for the night, but i was quite surprised & very impressed. I was telling everyone, "I would definitely stay there again." It was definitely beyond my expectations. Best Western continues to live up to the name. We definitely loved the free breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday.

Pros: It is close to the airport. Free shuttle service departs every hour. Complimentary hot full breakfast. Large vanity countertop. There is drinking water machine on the 7th floor next to the elevator. Cons: The facility is old and outdated. The temperature of the AC unit is unadjustable.

My stay was fine. It’s an airport hotel in a part of Honolulu that doesn’t exactly get the postcard treatment. However, if you’re looking to be active outside the hotel room, this place meets all expectations.

We prepaid for the room through Expedia to get a reduced rate. When we checked in, the rate online was $100 less than what we paid. The garbage truck came at 3:00 AM and spent about 20 minutes banging and beeping just outside of our room. There was a light flashing on and off all night just outside of our slider. Couldn't get the drape closed enough to block it out. Room decor was dated. Seemed like a $129/night hotel we paid $245 for it. The airport shuttle was great!
