"This was our first time in Honolulu. We had an amazing experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Virginia and Sheryl were very professional, friendly and helpful. They used sense and sensitivity to our needs and gave us the best advice about the hotel and its surroundings. We are totally satisfied with the staff, the cleanness of the room and the breakfast.
