This hotel is OK. I have stayed there before years ago and it was much better. Our room was fine but I had paid extra through Travelocity for a room with a partial ocean view. Well, we had a partial view but were unable to use the balcony at all. We were situated on the side of the building where all the air conditioning condensers were located. Very load and also could be heard inside the room with the doors closed. To add to this problem the location was also next to a delivery area that delivered to the stores in the International Market Place! This started at 5:00 AM every morning!!! Extremely loud and woke us up everyday. When I spoke to the front desk they acted like they were shocked and had never had this complaint before. This is baloney!! I was also told 2 or 3 times that things can’t be changed because unfortunately we had booked through a third party…meaning Travelocity. My advise is to book a different hotel…save yourself some aggravation and sleepless nights!

Everything is good the front check in staff, cleaning of rooms and Quiet all around. I didn’t like was the bathroom doors, also the refrigerator needs hold more inside.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Hawaii. The proximity to the beach and shopping is excellent.

I loved the location. The property needs an update and the noise was unbelievable. Although I had the doors closed tight, every car that drove by sounded like it was driving through. Every conversation on the street sounded like it was on my balcony. The shelves and cabinets need an overhaul, but the bed was clean and I felt comfortable otherwise. Despite the complaints, I would stay there again. I would have to be careful about which friends I recommended the property to. I didn't spend much time in the room and had a great experience overall.

I was very pleased with how helpful and friendly the staff was. The rooms are modern and super clean the only down fall there’s no microwave in the room.
