The ocean view room had a good view and balcony was nice. The room was small and the bathroom was so close to the bed with a window. Housekeeping was great. You have to pay 50 for a microwave. Its centrally located in walking distance to ABC store and restaurants and beach.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay! Hotel stag was extremely friendly and accommodating, they were even able to get us checked in early. The scent of the room at first was apparent that it had just been cleaned, but opening the sliding door helped ventilate the scent out so it wasn’t overpowering. Nonetheless, being 30 floors up with a patio looking out at the ocean made that process enjoyable. Location is pretty good. ABC store right across the street and plenty of dining and shopping options within a 5 minute walk. We didn’t have a car so I can’t speak much to the parking situation. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating for me was limited hours of room service and the only mini restaurant that they have on property. Wasn’t a huge selection even during the hours operation but I was pretty bummed we would basically have to leave to get food, they could def purely make more money if they offered more. But overall, I really liked it. The room was the perfect level of simplicity with a beautiful view, friendly staff, clean hotel and a good location!

Excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs, two proteins, oatmeal, three fruit options, a couple of juice, options, pastries, bread, and miso soup. The breakfast service was excellent. Our room rate included the breakfast every day, which is a huge plus given the expensive cost in Hawaii. We said both inside and outside on the patio. This was probably the highlight of our stay. The pool area is also nice with a large pool. The hot tub was very hot but usually crowded as it is only big enough for maybe eight or so people. Although the parking is expensive at about $60 per night, the valet workers retrieve the car very quickly and our exceptionally nice. The room is clean and mostly updated. We would stay there again! It has only about a block and a half down the street from Waikiki Beach. A super location! Checkout is 11am. butyou can store your bags until you need to depart.

I won’t stay here again. The fees were not described so I could understand the charges on my card. The elevators were extremely slow and not all of them worked. One side of the elevator call buttons didn’t work at all. The hot tub is extremely small as well as the pool.
