Recent Remodel

We recently (June 2024) completed a significant remodel, making the condo even more amazing. Here's what's new:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three baths, two bedrooms (both with CA King beds).
Lanai: Large wrap-around lanai with an ocean view.
Interior Upgrades:
All new cabinets in the kitchen and all three baths.
New luxury vinyl flooring throughout.
Newly tiled bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with walk-in showers.
Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Appliances: Brand new range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and full-sized washer/dryer.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with service for eight.
Comfort: Mini-split AC system and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.

Great location

The condo was very well appointed and has a great location. It is a short walk to dining, shopping and about a mile to the nearest beach. The lanai is huge with separate areas to sit and enjoy the ocean views.

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We absolutely love the huge lanai!

As two couples, we originally chose this property due to the double king bedrooms with private baths. The huge lanai, extra bath and well appointed kitchen were a definite bonus :-) The management company is great and very helpful, we will stay again!

Perfect for our visit

The unit was immaculately clean and supplied with all the modern conveniences to make our stay comfortable. Comfortable beds with ensuite bathrooms and AC were a plus. Perfect condo in paradise!

This condo is just perfect! Well furnished, recently renovated, stocked with beach gear, 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a wonderful lanai. Our family really enjoy staying here. The location is also perfect closed to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pool at the property is clean and lovely. We highly recommand this place!

Hawaiian Paradise

We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely stay in this unit again. Beautiful condo that was clean with plenty of amenities and a wonderful wrap around porch to take in the great weather of Hawaii and views to the ocean! Great location within walking distance of all the fun in Kona.

Perfect location

We had a great time here! The accomodation is fantastic with a huge balcony with view to the ocean. The place is very calm and quiet and the downtown is in an easy walking distance. The first public beach is in 2 minutes by walk. Perfect location! The apartment is super clean and very cozy. It had everything we needed! Absolutely recommended!

Wonderful

Excellent location; short walk to dining, shopping and a small beach. Condo was very clean, nicely furnished and roomy. The large lanai was the star attraction where we enjoyed our meals and relaxing. Really appreciated the elevator for my 94 year old dad.,And the reserved parking in the building’s garage was a bonus. Such a great place

This place is great. It’s in a perfect location - really peaceful but only 5 minutes from a busier area full of places to eat. The accommodation was wonderful. As other reviews have said, the photo’s don’t do it justice. Lovely spacious rooms, nice big beds, lovely and clean and fresh with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool was lovely and quiet and just the right size for the kids to play in. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We stayed in this condo for over a month. It is perfect. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy parking. Great lanai. All furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen is compact but okay. We would definitely stay here again. Birds sing to you all day and into the night.

Great stay for the Queen's Race

We traveled to Kona-Kailua to participate in the 50th anniversary of the Queen Liliuokalani Race. Everything about the property was as advertised and fit our family perfectly. We had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cooler, boogie boards, huge lanai, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a pool! We couldn't have asked for anything more. The property managers were easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We're already looking forward to staying here again!

Decent stay

The unit was decent and clean. The neighboring units tenants/guests were extremely rude. Check in process was not explained and was fined for not signing a piece of paper when we arrived.
