Beautifully maintained, this villa offers a welcomed amount of privacy from both the upper and lower levels without compromising stunning panoramic view of the ocean and the 4th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course. The retreat on the lower level provides an additional area for family and friends to gather. An open floor plan allows indoor and outdoor spaces to meld together and create the perfect setting to enjoy Hualalai’s year-round tropical weather.
The Four Seasons Resort amenities and the Trading Post are less than 4 minutes away by golf cart or about half a mile away by car.
The air in the villa is constantly sanitized by ultraviolet light inside the air circulation system to kill viruses. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized.

Hilbert was a wonderful host - very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was exactly as described - perfectly located, clean, spacious and well stocked with everything our family needed, including plenty of child-friendly items that made it very convenient. Having access to the resort and amenities yet still the space and convenience of a comfortable villa and kitchen was the perfect combination. Would highly recommend and definitely return! Property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We have stayed at several properties around the Hualalai Resort, and this location was excellent. We had a wonderful time and the property was exactly as described. Every step from communicating with the owner, booking confirmation, arrival time, meeting with Joy (who is spectacular) to give us a introduction to the home, to our departure, we felt like we were well taken care of and VIP. Having access to dual golf carts was excellent addition to the house and our preferred means for getting around the resort. Thank you for everything, we will be looking to return very soon!

Perfect in all ways!!!

Everything about this place, the location, the rental process was perfect. Hilbert and Joy were so professional and friendly and kind. It felt like we were staying at a relative’s vacation home. The place was set up with everything we needed, thoroughly cleaned and ready, and so comfortable. Of course, the grounds are beautiful and the golf carts are the best way to get around. It is definitely one of my favor stays of all time!!

.exactly as described. Our hosts were awesome as we had some issues with the timing of our ESTA visas so they helped where they could being very flexible to ensure we had a great stay. Only thing the property could do with is a full size ironing board.

Everything was amazing. If I could make any suggestions it would be to change the bedding. The pillows could be thicker. The sheets on the upstairs bedroom were a little bit firm. Other then that everything was great. Had all the kitchen stuff needed to cook. The bbq was good. I would definitely stay there again.

We had the best family vacation and can not speak more highly about this property, it truly was a dream! Everything was seamless and we could not have wanted for more! We have three young kids, ages 8, 6, 4 and we had more than enough space! Hilbert thought of everything and his place had everything from beach toys for our youngest to any utensil we could have possibly needed in the kitchen, to the golf carts our kids just couldn't get enough of! We truly cannot speak more highly about this property! We left knowing we had made amazing core family memories with our kiddos and we cannot wait to hopefully get the opportunity to return in the near future!!

Mr. Chu was very easy to work with. I found him professional , respectful and quick to address any issue we had , which were very minor Experience with Hualālai will help, especially during their Festive time frame.. It is a very busy time and lots of rules to navigate but we knew that ahead of time , and it all worked out. Our property manager checked in frequently as well and was very helpful.

Great spring break

We had a wonderful time! The condo had plenty of room for our kids which is what we wanted. The downside is that it cost a lot to have access to the resort, and even then you are treated like a second class citizen by a only getting chairs on the beach or the lawn. And no reservations until 8. For us, it is would have been more expensive to get 2 rooms and this condo is awesome! And we found if we went to restaurants at 6:30, it was fine.

Terrific family option at Hualalei. My teens and I had the vacation of a lifetime here, taking advantage of the amazing things that the FourSeasons has to offer while staying in a beautiful, larger villa just a golf cart ride away from all the action. Importantly, Hilbert and Joy were great to work with.
