This a very private duplex. Your host lives upstairs. Your's is a new two bedroom, one bath unit, with a full sized kitchen and adjoining dining area. . There is a large lanai viewing the ocean with plenty of relaxing chairs and an outside dining area.
You will be a 7 minute walk to Honl's beach and 22 minutes to downtown Kona.
Infants (persons two years and younger) are considered guests.

Our host was excellent and easy to get in touch with. He was also great at helping us decide what things to see and where to go. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. He provided off-street parking as well. The grounds around his house were fabulous and we loved sitting on the lanai and watching the Pacific Ocean. We also loved the hot-tub and the outdoor shower.

We were welcomed by a Zen garden With an outside shower and hot tub. Our host was kind enough to show us around the garden and unit.The unit was ready for our arrival. Our host showed us the amenities and how everything worked. We were impressed he even had all the light switches labeled for easy use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. from snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, plenty of linens, towels, comfortable beds and full stocked kitchen.Jim our host is very personable.
