So glad I chose to stay at this hotel. It’s very chic and aesthetic. I love the boho modern design of this place. The room is new and modern. It’s located by the pier which is so beautiful and has a lot of shops and restaurants around.

True Aloha Spirit

All of the staff exuded aloha spirit. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Extra special compliments and gratitude to "Pia" at the front desk. What an impressive multitasker! She was very efficient but always had such a lovely personality. She helped us change to a room with a view. She was so accommodating and made it seem easy, even though there were logistics involved to make it happen.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Noise of the AC unit was noisy. We could also hear noise from the nextdoor AC unit. No tea, coffee in the room.

From what I was told by others in the area it is one of the few hotels that has air conditioning. It is clearly an older hotel that was revamped. I liked the styling of the decor. The room was tiny but manageable. The location is ideal for walking around in the lively area of Kona. The parking situation is tricky. The hotel will reimburse you if you have to park elsewhere. They do have free rentals of beach gear which was helpful.

A conveniently located place to stay with a 24 hour front desk for my late night arrival to the Island. Staff was very friendly and always with a smile. Free coffee available from 6am to 9am and a coffee/light breakfast outdoor cafe type set up in front of the lobby. Loved the body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Nice brand snd fragrance. Bedding was high grade and I slept well. While this is an older property, they've made it a charming, boutique experience with the thoughtful, quality accents. Enjoyed my stay and appreciated the VIP extras for Expedia Gold members. Will stay again!

Cool hotel. Likely will be great as they continue to renovate it. Was extremely disappointed that the pool was closed the whole time during our 3 night stay. Lobby and their planned events were great (yoga, Hawaiian singers etc). The rooms looked good but the bathroom was decaying slightly.

Had to do a quick stay due to not getting on a stand by flight. Short but sweet stay. Lovely updates. The only reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars is the AC unit was very loud, making it difficult to fall asleep. Would recommend.
