車で2〜３分の距離に飲食店やスーパー多数有り。徒歩圏内にコンビニも有る。 テレビは電波が弱く　映らない事が多々ありました。 Wi-Fiは接続できました。 車の通る音や通行人の話し声等、屋外からの騒音が気になりました。
降雨時は床が滑らない工夫がされてましたが、それでも滑りました。
