Staff were very helpful. The view from the hotel on Karlovy Vary is beautiful. Clean and comfortable rooms. We got what we wanted.

Pěkný, klidný hotel.

Příjemný, klidný hotel. Velmi dobré umístění, kousek nad kolonádou a Vřídlem. Ochotný recepční. Snídaně byla čerstvá a bohatá. Pokoje čisté a útulné. Doporučuji jen zlepšit příjem satelitních programů v TV a nebo DVB-T2. Pouze cca 6 programů, z toho polovina ruské TV. Přeladění programů nepomohlo.

Chybi zajisteni parkovani a lazenske služby jsou k dispozici jen velice omezene. Pokoje i cistota je v poradku. Snidane velice dobre.
