Free laundry - washing, drying and folding! Their breakfast was like dinner - main dish, rice, miso soup, salad and some side dish. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room has a bathroom but no washlet. There were large public bathtubs for both genders. A little longer walk from the train station. The neighborhood was dark - no street lights. Pretty good overall.

Able to feel the "warmth" of the hotel

Good experience: The staff are very nice and talkative. We feel safe and comfortable. We were assigned to a room upstairs, and they helped us to pick up the luggage, and care us about the cold weather. Although you need around 10 min walk from JR Karuizawa station, they may offer you a ride if they are free. Improvement area: Our room got inadequate power socket. Although you may ask for borrow power supply, it would be even better if they can actively offer the power supply for customers with this issue.

Dangerous building

The building is not good. The setting of the room is not up to the standard of a motel. The tv set blocked part of the door of the bathroom. The wall, the window has stains. The shower did not have it own pipeline. The extension cord is dangerous as there is no electrical outlet for your phones.

Hotels.comの評価を信じていないと思います。

市内に近いというメリットがあり、周辺観光に有利だ。 ただし、 1.部屋の中で匂いがしすぎて家に帰ってバッグを広げるのにその臭いが斬っていた。 2.部屋のファンの音が大きすぎて寝ることができませんでした。 3. 最悪の欠点は不潔な客室管理でエアコンでは匂いがし、風が出るところはほこりがたくさん付いていて、いつ掃除したのか分からない程度にクローゼットの上にはほこりがいっぱい積もっている。 4. 朝食は最小限の基本的なレベル以上であればいい。一体シェフが誰なのか見てほしい。
