This is a deluxe, top-of-the-line, one-bedroom, oceanfront condo located on the third-floor of the A building closest to the ocean. This lovely suite includes a covered lanai with unobstructed views of Maui and Lanai, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunrises with your morning coffee. The A building is also close to the oceanfront pool, cabana, grills, and shared laundry facilities, and you'll love walking about our lush, tropical landscaped grounds. Completely remodeled with new amenities and fixtures, this condo features a well-appointed bedroom, free WiFi, free parking, and tile floors throughout the living space. The well-equipped, full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you need to cook up wonderful meals. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa for relaxing and feeling the breeze while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen cable TV.

What's nearby:
38 miles long and only 10 to 15 miles wide, Molokai is the smallest of the main Hawaiian chain. The west side is arid and dry, and during the winter, the beaches are great for surfing, while summer guests love snorkeling and swimming. The eastern side is lush and tropical with miles of barrier reef in front. Molokai's north side is famous for having the world's highest sea cliffs which rise some 3,000 feet out of the ocean. The 2774-acre Kamakou Forest Preserve on Molokai overlooks these sea cliffs and is home to endangered birds and over 200 Hawaiian plants that grow only in this preserve. Molokai's south side is where you will find our main town of Kaunakakai, plus a handful of tourist and art shops, two full-service grocery markets, a health food store, a bakery, and even a wine and cheese shop. You'll also find some shopping in the villages of Kualapu'u and Maunaloa.

Vacasa is a poor manager. Did not respond to communication. I was able to get assistance from the on property manager. The views were beautiful . We had ants in the unit, but the unit was very comfortable .

Great Condo!
Location and view were fantastic, quiet and away from town. Kitchen was incredible which is important, as there are not a lot of options to eat out. We did not mind that at all. Beach toys were great. This is a great island, we loved it. On check in, a few dead coackroaches, at least they were dead, but we never saw any during our stay. Big thing was a pair of used, wet men's underwear in the closet on an open beach chair. I told Vacasa about it , they said "sorry" but nothing else. My concern was someone may have had our door code and could have entered while we were gone. That did not happen thankfully. To any owners reading this, I personally will not rent a property in the future that is managed by Vacasa. They were NOT helpful and did not seem to care. I stayed at another property of theirs on this trip, no help. This is VRBO- vacation rentals by OWNER.

Great condo! Comfortable, clean, quiet, breathtaking ocean view as pictured. All the comforts of home! Was surprised to find a soft sided cooler in the cupboard and beach chairs in the closet! Made our beach days perfect!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. The one drawback - Freezer had a difficult time making ice and staying at freezing temp. Had to keep resetting the rapid freeze and turn on the ice maker (which was not functioning) to get freezer temporarily up to temp. Luckily, there were ice cube trays for our use. Wishing there had been a box of kleenex in the condo and coffee for the coffee maker would have been lovely. All in all, an excellent stay and a wonderful vacation. Can't wait to come back!!

Given that there are are not many options on Molokai, we were very pleased with this condo. The unit was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, dishes, and (hold on to your hats) storage containers! The bed was so comfortable I actually forgot I was not sleeping in my own bed. The view from the balcony is why you go on vacation to the ocean. :-)

Nice place no wifi
We stayed here for 2 weeks. The property is nice. There is no functioning WIFI no matter what the description says and if they say they have corrected it in the comments buyer beware. The instructions in the unit advise you to connect to access point that doesn't exist and if you can't connect that you should turn the router off then back on. There isn't a router in the unit and the unit doesn't have it's own wifi service. After going round and round with the property manager for a few days we were advised there isn't wifi in the unit nor at the resort. Again...we were in the unit for 2 weeks!!!! On the last full day of our stay a manager for other units in the building gave us the community WIFI access point and password. The unit is nice the property mgrs are cheapskates. For our lack of wifi and for the inconvenience they offered a pittance off our bill. Also 2 weeks only 2 rolls of TP. I would suggest another unit that utilizes a different management company.
