Affordable and clean, and located right on water. Restaurant next door was convenient and good breakfast. Area was not ideal, but just up road was very low key, very clean and attractive beach for an afternoon. Stayed here one night due to airport is very close.

The room was small, but a very clean place to sleep. Nice people all around. The room's view was of the other guests in the grassy courtyard, not the beach, but easy to get to the beach with a harbor/bay view, seawall & busy littered, roadway to the west, cruise ship pier to the east; fun to watch sail-foils in the small bay. Multiple locked areas inside the hotel were safe, but vacant buildings around lent an inhospitable atmosphere for walking around. Whole Foods in walking distance was nice for affordable dining or buying our own groceries. Lovely to hang out in the courtyard in the comfy rattan cabanas with pretty plants ocean view, lapping waves. Maui, itself is a great place to visit.

When we arrived late in the evening the room still smelled heavily of bleach. The shower could have been cleaner. The room was very dark. No sheers behind curtain and right at parking level. Room was very noisy at 8am both from traffic outside and from hallway.

I had a great time here and the property was very accessible yet safe, even during after hours. The location is also perfect within walkable distance to the Queens Mall, Foodland, and to the main freeeway. I would stay here again, and would recommend to my friends and family.

Kind of interesting. Tired when came in and room was older and looked out onto parking lot. We were too late to catch shuttle from airport as plane was after 10 by time we got luggage... BUT staff was amazing the grounds were pretty and close access to beach turned it into excellent! Had a great day!
