Affordable and clean, and located right on water. Restaurant next door was convenient and good breakfast. Area was not ideal, but just up road was very low key, very clean and attractive beach for an afternoon. Stayed here one night due to airport is very close.

The room was small, but a very clean place to sleep. Nice people all around. The room's view was of the other guests in the grassy courtyard, not the beach, but easy to get to the beach with a harbor/bay view, seawall & busy littered, roadway to the west, cruise ship pier to the east; fun to watch sail-foils in the small bay. Multiple locked areas inside the hotel were safe, but vacant buildings around lent an inhospitable atmosphere for walking around. Whole Foods in walking distance was nice for affordable dining or buying our own groceries. Lovely to hang out in the courtyard in the comfy rattan cabanas with pretty plants ocean view, lapping waves. Maui, itself is a great place to visit.

Hotel room had a bad smell. I was traveling with my 1 year old baby and the room we got was not good at all shower had such a bad smell so we had to get a different room. Staff was pretty friendly.

Room was clean and did not see any roaches or signs of roaches as mentioned in some comments. Staff were friendly and courteous. Every night, we sat outside in the beautiful courtyard by the beach. Located close to shops, restaurants, and the airport. Would stay again because of value and location.

There was only one elevator and limited stairs for access to our room from parking. I have never seen the fridge kept in the bathroom closet. I rate this place as fair for the $ in Maui.

Not bad. Hotel room was clean. Looked a hotel whose hey day was in the 60s. Bed was comfortable. TV in room does not have a user friendly system. Room was super cold and you can adjust thermostat. Bed was comfortable but not an extra blanket in the room. Provide soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee maker, and other amenities
