"This hotel was just for one night for us. It met and surpassed our needs. We did not expect the bed to be comfortable, but it really was. We liked that they had a light blanket on the bed. The breakfast buffet was really good also. The grounds were spectacular!"

"Breakfast menu was good but lunch and dinner menu needs an upgrade. Rooms were clean and with great view of ocean- we even saw the whales from our balcony. They have shuttle service- which helps to go Whalers. The beach was almost private! No crowds. My only recommendation for the hotel would be to have a vending machine for water and drinks "

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."
