"I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip. "

"This property is simply amazing. We highly recommend Wailea Beach Villas, which is the perfect location in a wonderful area of Maui. This penthouse unit is also fantastic. It is tastefully decorated, and conveniently located just steps away from the hot tub and family pool. The walk to the larger adult pool adjacent to the beach is only about 4 minutes away. This has a much larger grotto style hot tub and infinity pool that we used often. As guests of the Villas we were also able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach, which were set up for us by helpful beach attendants at no additional charge. (Other than tips.) The property was fully equipped with additional beach chairs and pool/beach supplies, including snorkeling gear, for visits away from our immediate area. All in all, it is a wonderful property and we would absolutely visit it again. Also, the owners are extremely responsive and very friendly so communication was never an issue.We visited the Shops at Wailea located just behind the property – about 3 minutes away. This is a lovely shopping center with restaurants, ice cream and coffee joints, upscale retail stores, and a nice upscale market and ABC liquor store. We also regularly visited the Whale'sTale, a great beachside place for coffee and hot snacks just outside the front gate of the property on the beach. They have the best and freshest banana bread in Maui – highly recommended!!"

"It was a great place to stay with my family for my 4-year-old twin's birthday, and there were a lot of activities to do such as yoga, pilates, kids activities, and among all other things. Not to mention the road trip that we’ve taken to Hana, which was very nice and fun."

"Staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful every time. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Only very minor complaint, is the walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors baby crying. Not something that would prevent us from returning!"
