Welcome to our Family Cottage! Newly renovated, and listed Summer 2021. Come and enjoy a rejuvenating stay with the whole family at this beautiful Lakeview cottage. Whether you are fishing, playing a ping pong tournament, roasting marshmallows, or just enjoying the spectacular view under the sun, it's a place to make great memories.

This cosy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is perfect for those seeking the quiet escape and charm of cottage country.

The space boasts large windows for plenty of natural sunlight and a scenic view of the lake, especially during sunrise. We also offer a spacious interior, well-stocked kitchen and a serene lakefront backyard.

Spring/Summer/Fall
We are located on Pigeon Lake, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway . Pigeon Lake is a favourite destination for fishing (especially Bass and Walleye). The water is the clearest in the spring and grows lots of vegetation during the summer months ideal for fishing. There is a close marina for boat launches and the quaint town of Bobcaygeon (12 mins away) for all your needs.
The lake bottom is soft mud. Guests can inquire about the availability of local beaches for a sandy beach experience.

The space sleeps a maximum of 8 adults. We have three bedrooms

Meals
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and baking needs including a new oven and microwave. Tap water is safe to drink. There is also a new propane BBQ for your cooking adventures.

Excellent Moms Weekend Away

Myself and three girlfriends had a very quiet and relaxing weekend. There was PLENTY of space for us to spread out and the nice big kitchen was fully stocked for us to prepare some delicious meals. I would love to go back again!

Great getaway spot in the Kawarthas

This well appointed and clean cottage is perfect for a weekend or longer visit. 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 living room areas and a huge working kitchen. Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the house and visited the nearby town of Bobcageon. (Sadly, we didnt have snow so our snowshoing ideas didnt pan out.) We enjoyed the hot tub too! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and left us great instructions. Definitely a 5 star accomdation.

Great Property, annoying Neighbors

The property itself was clean and well furnished. Access to the lake was wonderful. Only annoyance were the neighbors on either side of the house. We were told we had to be extremely quiet after sunset or else we would get noise complaints from one neighbor while the other neighbours played loud music up to 1 am.

Fantastic clean property

Very impressed as soon as we walked in the door. The property is EXACTLY as described and shown in any advertisements for it. The cottage is spacious, super clean, very modern decor and extremely welcoming. Had everything you might need for your weekend getaway, all the pots, pans, dishes, bug spray, extra blankets. The ping pong table was a treat as it was too cold out to enjoy the weather. We did have the opportunity to use the hot tub which was the biggest treat! The cottage is more like a home. Has all the feels and warmth of a home. Even noticed a highchair, crib and baby bath support for a baby in the closet. The owners have thought of everything. Will definately rent this property again!

Amazing time at a great property

I wanna start off by getting the bad out of the way. Communication. When we first booked the property, communication was prompt. As we got closer to the check-in date, however, a few of our questions were left unanswered despite asking multiple times. We didn't receive check-in instructions, and had to call to figure it out. Once we got them and were in, things were much smoother and we all had a great time there. There's a fire pit by the lake that we used both nights we were there and saw amazing moon and sun rises. They have a TT table too, which was a big draw for us :) the house itself is massive and well-equipped to handle 8 people. The pictures are accurate, so book it without any hesitation. You're bound to have a nice time here. I'd definitely come back and hope that they can figure out better communication next time :)
