– Living room - you can spread out in the comfy sectional living room that seats 8 people. The living room also has a working fireplace for cozy evenings in and a large 60" flat screen TV set up for your streaming pleasure with a selection of movies, music and live sports

- Family Room - this is the perfect space for your morning coffee or after dinner glass of wine. Interact with your family and friends in this space that opens or relax in the family up to the kitchen. There is a powder room right off the family room on the first level

- Kitchen: Create a spectacular meal for your guests in our chef's kitchen. The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare a memorable meal - gas burner, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, French press, toaster, Instapot, Dutch oven, etc. The kitchen is also stocked with dinner settings for 10 guests as well as an outdoor dining set completed with wine glasses, cheese knives, etc.

- Outdoor area: Right off the family room, catch up with your guests on our outdoor deck, with a sectional sofa, with a glass of wine or morning coffee. Enjoy the outdoor beauty of Sonoma under the canopy of 20 redwood trees on the property with a large well maintained backyard. Backyard has been recently landscaped to be more family and friends friendly. Enjoy a happy hour in private and serene backgarden with multiple seatings areas with 6 adirondack chairs, 2 loungers, umbrellas for shade, etc and make the most of a beautiful Sonoma sunset view. Host your family and friends with an alfresco lunch or dinner on the outdoor, brick lined patio and make the most of the indoor-outdoor appeal of this property room

- Master Bedroom - Enjoy a peaceful night's rest on the spacious and comfortable king bed with a pleasant view of the backyard. The master bedroom also contains a UHD 4K flat screen TV if you would like to relax with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or any of the live sports apps. The master bathroom is connected to the bedroom with a modern stand in shower and the bathroom is stocked with luxurious amenities for your use.

- Queen Bedroom 1 - This spacious bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed and convenient placed nightstands, and overlooks the backyard which ensures a quiet environment.

- Queen Bedroom 2 - This spacious bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed and convenient placed nightstands, and overlooks vineyards and the Mayacamas mountains - we love the view from this bedroom

- Queen Bedroom 1 and Queen Bedroom 2 share a large bathroom with a tub and shower and generous bathroom counter. This bathroom is also stocked with luxurious amenities for your enjoyment.

- The house is equipped with high-speed wi-fi in every room and the large screen TV in the living room and Master Bedroom offers access to streaming TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Sports, HBO, etc).
- we provide clean linens and towels for your stay
- There is ample parking in the long driveway to accommodate up to 6 cars - 4 cars are permitted for overnight stays
- we have an onsite generator to ensure no disruption in power supply
