This 3-bed 2-bath townhome is located in West Ketchum and will sleep up to 5 guests. The home is located within walking distance of downtown Ketchum's restaurants and shops. Bald Mountain's River Run Ski Lifts are just 1.4 miles away. This home is pet-friendly for one dog under 25 lbs and has a fenced yard.
On the upper level is the living area with high ceilings for great light. There is a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and Sonos speakers throughout the house. There is access to a deck with a table and chairs, and a gas grill. The fully stocked kitchen has a gas stove, and the dining table seats 4 (expandable to 6). The bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. This bedroom has access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower.
On the lower level, you will find the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. This room offers access to a deck equipped with outdoor furniture. The ensuite bath has two sinks, a vanity, and a shower with two shower heads, as well as heated floors. The third bedroom is a small room with a twin-size bed (no closet or dresser).
Parking is available for two cars, but no garage access. This condo has a great fenced yard. Please note that snowplow service may be done very early in the morning.
One dog under 25 lbs is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.
Property Features: This property does have an exterior camera. Sabala is close to the bike path, about 1.4 miles from the ski lifts, and about seven to eight blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate on the bike path to the River Run Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

The townhome is comfortable and well stocked, with super comfortable beds! A great location for accessing town and made a great base for a ski trip. The entrance was extremely icy during our stay. Responses from staff felt a bit transactional rather than attentive. Overall we enjoyed the stay and with a few details, the experience would easily match the quality of the property. Would recommend!
