701 Mariners Club Live the Florida Keys dream!

It's time to live the Florida Keys dream! Claim a corner of paradise all for yourself in this 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhouse with lovely island décor.

The private 1-bedroom 1st-floor suite comprises a generous living space with a Caribbean-inspired living room that features a large TV, full bath, kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker. The private bedroom with a king bed includes a TV and leads out to a back patio that is nestled amongst the trees.

The second floor is the main living area with an open concept design for easy flow from the family room to the dining and kitchen. This area has plenty of seating with a couch and 4 armchairs, should you want to view something on the large TV.

The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook! Stunning dark cabinetry is topped with dark granite, and stainless steel appliances finish the elegant look.

The dining table seats 6, and two patio chairs are easy to pull in for additional seating.

The screened-in balcony on the second floor also offers the best of outdoor living.

On the third level is the guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full ensuite bath, and a TV.

Also, on this level is the grand master bedroom with a king bed, TV, a bath with his-n-hers sinks, and an elevated spa tub with toilet and bidet. The master bedroom has a loveseat-sized pull-out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements.

Should you ever be tempted away from your private oasis, you'll find there are plenty of ways to fill your days! Relax with friends and loved ones with something deliciously fruity in your hand and the ocean breeze in your hair, lounging by one of Mariners Club swimming pools or just relaxing in one of several sunning areas, admiring the stunning azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Really...what are you waiting for?

Hi, overall a very nice place to stay. Just a couple of things that would have put it over the top. The air conditioning seemed to not go on for hours at a time during the night. We were hot! We didn’t have the ceiling fan on because it makes noise. The kitchen could use a mixing bowl or two also. The main pool had an issue one day and was not usable, but we were able to go to the other pool and that was nice. Overall, we had a very good time and enjoyed our stay.

The bottom floor was extremely warm compared to the rest of the house. The master bedroom door made and awful noise when it was shut and the AC was going. Other than that it was a great stay, perfect location and good amenities!

Nice Home with Lots of Amenities

Overall, this is a great condo. The floor plan fit our needs perfectly. The pools were beautifully and super clean. The condo could use a top to bottom deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty by any means, but not spotless either. The neighborhood was beautiful, but there was always a sewage smell outside. My real disappointment was that I checked oceanfront property in the filters. The description says it's oceanfront. While the complex is oceanfront, the unit itself is not. As a mater of fact, the view was not pretty at all. The property is managed by Barefoot Rentals, and they were great to work with!

Mariners Club stay

Property is very nice. Pool was very big. Close to smathers and Higgs beaches. Condo was very big and provided all utensils, pot and coffee makers and plenty of towels and clean linen. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome, clean property with amazing facilities

We are a group of 6 friends (3 couples) spring breaking in the Keys. This property is exactly as shown online. It was super clean, spacious, well appointed and close to several great restaurants. The facility is beautiful, the pools are clean, the gym is small but has excellent equipment and the front gate staff is SUPER friendly! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Relaxing getaway location

The property was the ideal location to many great restaurants. The oasis pool was our daily escape from reality, extremely relaxing and refreshing. Our unit was immaculate and sufficiently furnished as well.

The shower had few water and the shampoo, soap and conditioner were too small, so they could not last for the period we were there. The good thing is that anything we ask for the renters was promptly delivered.

Fabulous Spacious Property!

We absolutely loved our stay in Mariner's Cover number 701. Everything was pristine and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. There were more paper products than expected, even if not needed, but nice to know they were there! The master bedroom was enormous and could easily house extra people or serve as a getaway (when someone has to work) The extra lower living area allowed our adult children a place to escape to when they needed some time. The overall amenities of the Club were fabulous as well. Wonderful comfortable pools, hot tubs and sitting areas to see the ocean. A great gym area as well as some games that were perfect for any age. The only concerns (not complaints, but everyone can use improvement somewhere!): A rubber spatula/food scraper would be nice, the kitchen sink did not change from spray to a regular running water and the dishwasher was awkward to open. SERIOUSLY..these should not be game changers! I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend others to stay.

We enjoyed staying here. It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Well equipped with everything we needed. Beds, pillows sofas etc we’re comfortable. Would book again.

What a fabulous place

This was a fantastic home base for my family of 5. We had hoped grandparents could come, but had to cancel at the last minute. We enjoyed many amenities. We loved the pools, the game room at night, the Pickleball court, and the proximity to running trails. The kids fished off the pier, and enjoyed local snorkeling and ocean fishing experiences (we caught 6 tuna!) We cooked most meals at home (one on a community blackstone), and the appliances worked great. My husband brought a knife from home to make sure it was in good working condition) It was the perfect home base for us. Thank you for sharing this place!!!

Some updates

I would say that unit 701 was overall very nice, but some of the appliances do need to be updated. The TV in the master bedroom turned on and off very frequently and was very small for that size room. Chairs in the living room a couple of them were shaky at best.

Get away with friends

The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Great location close to activities, grocery store and restaurants. We had three couples in our group and this house was able to provide each couple their own room and bathroom. The Mariners Club offered two beautiful pools to relax in along with a nice game room. Gated community provided extra sense of security.
