Distinctive and luxury living is redefined in this exceptional, 2600 sq ft. two-story townhouse. Even as you approach the threshold it becomes immediately apparent this is not your ordinary vacation accommodation. The custom entry door leads invitingly into the foyer lighted with dazzling crystal sconces which perfectly showcases the inlaid tile staircase.

On this first floor is a master bedroom with a king bed and a stunning ensuite done with impeccable detail and a custom walk-in closet. Just outside this master suite is an open sitting area with a sleeper sofa (open sleeping area, no door) and laundry center.

The second floor welcomes you to the heart of the home with a considerably wide and open floor plan of unique richness and exceptional décor. The ceilings are high throughout the living and dining areas, and the kitchen with cherry cabinetry, dazzling black granite, and high-end stainless steel appliances will gratify even the most discerning cook.

An additional two bedrooms are situated on this level, a king bedroom with an ensuite and another with two twin beds, which round out the sleeping in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse.

Family wedding stay

Booked this place for a few nights with my family since we had a wedding nearby. It was a great experience. The 1st floor AC was not working upon arriving but had contacted the property management and they had someone sent out to fix it in a couple hours which was super appreciated. Check in process was amazing and easy. Would stay again 10/10

Nice clean property and grounds. Not a great place for families, better for retirement crowd. Outdoor patio faced forest and felt a little closed in. Unit was clean and had everything you needed, just a little too chill of a resort for a family with teens.

The property was really good, amenities also pretty good, my only comment is around some Neighbours (the ones who reside there permanently) which were in some instances, a bit rude to us.

Great condo and location

The condo is very large and comfortable, and is in a very nice complex with a security guard. The complex has a marina and a fishing pier, two swimming pools and a hot tub. The streets are shady for walking. The king bed on the lower level is very comfortable. The king bed upstairs has a topper which was not to the liking of our party, but others may like it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and has newer appliances. There is only a one hour window for check-in at the office, but I sent a scan of my ID ahead of time and they left the lock code and other materials in a pick-up location, and that worked well. We did not need to contact the rental office for any problems during our stay.

Condo was nice but sheets & beds definitely dated and master bedroom did not have a closet- only had a coat rack. The property was also nice, but really not much to do. No beach access.

Great unit and close to everything

This unit was very clean and quiet. Upon arrival the clothes washer needed repair but the property manager had it repaired the following day. The first floor of the unit appeared like it was updated within the past couple of years. The kitchen was previously updated and very clean. The only criticism that I would offer is that the living room furniture is old and worn and very uncomfortable. But these were upgraded, this unit would be perfect. We would definately visit again!

Real nice time

We had a great time in Key Largo. The property was very nice but needed some updates. The beds in the property badly needed to be replaced. Different pots and pans would have been helpful with the meals we cooked at the rental. Mostly needed bigger non stick pans for breakfast. The biggest disappointment was that the renter did not supply a cooler for the rental. It is hard to plan for that coming from Wisconsin. All in all, we had a great time and the property fit our families well.

Better than pictures!

We had a great time. Property was just as listed....even better. Three couples and one infant with plenty of room for all. Well stocked kitchen and bath towels etc. Excellent location.

The pools, hot tubs, & pickleball courts all met our wants and the condo itself was great. The only thing better would have been having a view from the patio.

Nice Town Home

This place was great. It has 2 master bedrooms, each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for 2 families. The kids had a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bathroom of their own. The kitchen was great, and we enjoyed cooking and dining in the open layout.

Great condo. The Mariners Club is excellent for families. Two items that I would note: 1) For a condo that slept 8 people, with 3 full bathrooms, there was only one hand towel and 5 washcloths in the unit. 2) the grotto is closed. It has been closed for some time, according to the local residents. This needs to be updated on the listing description.
