lobby locked. no one around. had to call security on my phone and wait for a security guard to give me a key. Terrible hotel, experience and physical room. No one available except to call us at 10:01 am to tell us we needed to GET OUT of our room if we didn't want to be charged for an additional night. ugly room, dated and never saw a spingle employee working except security guard.

The room was ran down. Molding and trim needs painted. Cracks and blackening in crevices. The beds in both bedrooms were absolutely terrible, so hard. You’d wake up stiff as a board and back ache. It was either neighbors or a construction team that were dragging furniture starting at 3:00 am in the morning till 11:00 am waking you up. Then there was drilling. It sounded like someone above us was dropping and rolling marbles. No rest all at this resort. This is NOT beach access. You have to drive two miles before you see the beach. Don’t let the pictures deceive you.

Not sensory friendly. Noise from landscaper tools (weedwacker in this case) directly behind our chairs at pool area 11 in the morning was very overstimulating for someone with Autism. Also, the smell of gas from this was not good either. This was on more than one occasion. More thought should be given to the time of day this is done.
