We paid so much money for this very small room nothing like the pictures. The staff at the restaurant was not very pleasant seemed liked we were bothering them especially one behind the seafood counter. Personally with the money I paid for that room I could have stayed at a better hotel .

Staff and service were great. Disappointed they no longer offer shuttle service. Needed new batteries in the tv remote, and the hair dryer needed to be replaced, but staff took care of it quickly

Bartender service was extremely slow. Dining room service was very good food was very good. Greg the short bus driver was excellent. Very inconvenient having house keeping cleaning your room at 4:00 when you are trying to shower to head out to dinner.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis. With the exception of a sad breakfast and overpriced (and under performing resturant-The Stoned Crab). Our room was facing the bay and we loved the view and critters (iguana, Ibis, pelicans, herons). Enjoyed my time in the hammock and sitting out in the evening. We had excellent customer service all around and our fav was the shuttle taking us downtown. The front desk even brought us a microwave to reheat our take-out dinner. Heads up! Key West is expensive! Paid more per night than in central London! Almost $400 at Ibis with tax and resort fee.

it says breakfast included. let me tell you ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! room we had was ok, but the shower HORRIBLE! people at hotel/resort were very nice and helpful if you needed anything. they provided transportation downtown and back every hour and that was EXCELLENT all the drivers were GTRAT!

Old bathroom fixtures. Could not figure out how to see standard network TV channels. Beach access not usable due to rocks, shells and barnacles. Restaurant menu limited for guests who cannot eat shellfish.

Very loud air conditioner in window kept us up all night turning on and off and being so loud. They charge a resort fee for some reason but wouldn't call that a resort at all, breakfast offered was terrible ate there once then went out after that just a continental style breakfast, restaurant was expensive so didn't eat there just went out elsewhere for less money, beach area is super small. if this wasn't in key west it would be a $129 hotel room anywhere else so as long as you don't expect much its okay for a short stay

We loved everything about this resort. Rooms are adorable and very clean. Love the patios with the hammock. One of the best.perks is the short bus that continously brings you back and forth to downtown. Greg was THE best bus driver, had a great time. Will definitely be back

The Ibis is a great economical place to stay. The shuttle is right on time and runs all day (8am-10pm). Clean comfortable room. Kinda smallish rooms and shower. Restaurant on site and free parking. It was great.

Lost in key west

This was the most we paid for hotel with the worst accommodations. Our room had a terrible smell. Showers so tiny if you dropped your soap you could not pick it up. The Shower curtain stuck to you. The greatest was the shuttle service. Drivers so nice. Breakfast was nice.

Great little resort had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Location is great, yet close enough to the busy areas. The shuttle was very convenient. Would stay here again.

A very reasonable fun property. If you like fun, cool places this is it. A throw back to 60's motels updated, fun, cool place. Ritz Carlton it's not. Clean, great staff, fun, cool room vibe, fun, quiet, reasonable. A fun experience and place to stay in Key West slightly away from all the crowds and nose and the newer cookie cutter places farther up north. We had a blast and would stay here again!!!
