Pool area is very nice, large pool with floats. Night attendant very nice and helpful, she was one of the best we have met on our trip. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Had a great time at the Havana Cabana!

We had a great stay at the Havana Cabana. It was a bit outside downtown Key West (5-10 min drive), but they have an hourly shuttle downtown which super convenient; we used multiple times a day. I think this was just about ideal. Free easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and bar area with places for games and relaxation. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice balcony, ours faced the pool area. All the room amenities worked great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West. We will certainly stay here again during our next trip to the Keys.

The fire alarm went off around 2 am everyone was sleeping we all got very scared and concerned what was happening also the rooms are outdate for the price we pay it’s not a cheap

Mi segunda vez que visito el hotel Havana cabana key west y sera mi ultima vez el servicio pesimo llegamos el dia de ayer septiembre 26,2025 a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana decidimos pasarla en este hotel por la tan buena attention que tuvimos en agosto 9,2025 pero desgraciadamente esta vez fue horrible llegamos a las 10: 00 am al fronkdesk del hotel el muchacho que nos atendio tiene un customer service pesimo primero nos dijo fueramos a la 1:00 pm a ver si estaba lista la habitación y la sorpresa si esta lista tienes que pagar $50.00 de early check in porque el check in es a las 4:00 pm , pagamos para poder tener al menos una habitación . Honestamente no vuelvo nunca mas al hotel a parte de eso esta en construction y la bienvenida fue que estaban fumigando . Nosotros vinimos de miami a 3 horas y medias pensando en tener un feliz dia de cumpleaños y fue todo lo contrario hoy en la mañana hable con el manager Joe me escucho como parte de su trabajo, me explico que el muchacho me habia dado informacion incorrecta .

Everything about Havana Cabana was spectacular except one minor thing. The air conditioner in our room was very loud. The pool was very nice and very large. I would certainly stay there again.

This hotel was lovely. We didn’t have much interaction with staff. The shuttle is a really great advantage because it is farther from the action in Key West. Overall it was a nice property and we would stay again !

We booked a girls trip here based on the fact that it was sapose to be adult only. And it is NOT! Its an average hotel, and staff is not that friendly. The concierge was very rude and un helpful. We found more help downtown ear the port for excursions.

The resort was nice and the pool was great. When I booked our stay, it was listed as adults only. During our stay, there were many children and families there too. If I had known it changed, I would have made other accommodations
