Clean place. I was only there for 1 day, so i did not need a lot and did not use a lot on property. I should have never looked at the breakfast, it was overly disappointing and soured my entire stay experience. I did have a strange experience, where I the guest was treated as secondary there. As i was trying to quickly checkout in the office, I was motioned with a finger to wait by a lady standing behind the desk, and I had to listen to her train a front desk representative for about a minute before I was given proper attention.Very nice staff, but not proactive. If the staff feels like they need to do something to recover from a mistake, asking the guest if they would like a discount, makes the situation uncomfortable and shows that you really weren't intending to offer a discount or you would have already done it.
