Located in the elegant Settlers Creek complex, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious town-home is set in a great location with wonderful amenities and is sure to be your perfect mountain retreat! With two living areas, there is plenty of room to bring all of your family and friends! The bright and spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and features a beautiful stone wrapped gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. Enjoy the stunning views out the window from the comfort of your couch, or walk out onto the private patio and breathe the fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for dinners in. Serve your family at the dining table which seats 6 comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Downstairs, there is a second living area featuring a large sectional couch and flat screen TV, perfect for family movie nights.

On the main level, there are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private patio entrance. The second guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs, is the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a standing shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs in the living area, featuring a twin over double bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The refrigerator was non-functioning for the first three days to stay and was attempted to be fixed but was unsuccessful. Then there were talks of partial reimbursement, but the agreed-upon terms were never fulfilled. After the third day, I was transferred to another property that I paid extremely decent amount of money. It was very unsatisfied with the initial response. I even waited to review the property she gave him an opportunity to possibly reimburse some of the cost for the inconvenience. But it really never happened.
None working refrigerator during family vacation paid premium price for the property.the repair company left it in this condition. Not repaired.

Beautiful property and comfy home

We enjoyed the good sized space where we had room for everyone to eat and gather and sleep. The property manager resolved our pool key issue and responded very quickly to our request. The clubhouse is also really nice.

Thermostat failure

Property has potential but thermostat's don't seem to work. Called property manager when it was 77 the first night... they sent "maintenance" which "fixed" the problem my opening windows and suggested this is how to regulate the temperature!! They suggested only property owner could control? Seemed like the owner was trying to heat the 3 story home with only the bottom level heat... as upstairs was only 65. So many things in the unit are $50 away from doing it right versus trying save a buck. Also, don't where light colored socks as the kitchen floors are filthy.

Review

Generally property was nice. Needs some updating and new cookware. The Teflon coating was scratched and not safe. Some beds were not very comfortable (mine was fine!). Great pillows! Very convenient to pool and hot tub. Trash removal was a bit of a problem. Couldn’t find instructions where to put trash. Finally asked other residents but that was a hassle to take to dumpsters in the snow. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful! Would definitely return!

Overall....really good

We really liked the property - location, space, interaction with SkyRun personnel were all exceptional. The one issue was the kitchen. Pots and pans were iffy, stove is outdated, and baking sheets were only useable with foil overlay.

Items that need to be addressed on the property

Loose boards on the landings both up and down lower stairs carpet strips on the stairs need to be secured because they are dangerous we had two people slip outside light above the garage is out outside light on the back patio is out back patio door Has to be slammed in order to close it vanity light in master bath vanity is out lights on ceiling fans need separate instructions because you can push them on the remote The remote and it will affect different rooms instead of just one there needs to be specific instructions on where to take the trash when you take it downstairs All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was a great location

Very nice condo

The kitchen is nice with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was a nice place to hang out. The fourth “bedroom “ is a lower level area with a large sectional couch and a bunk bed in the corner. It’s more a rec room with a sleeping area. Suggestions for the owners: 1) blankets: even in the summer, mountain nights are cold. The beds need more than a coverlet, especially when the heat is turned off. 2) measuring cups and spoons are needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything else you need to cook in.

Experience in Keystone, Co

We loved the property. However, we had issues with smells in the unit. I called and alerted the rental company and they removed our cleaning fee but the owner’s refused to do anything. They said they paid a lot of money for a deep clean. I find this hard to believe considering the smell. They could have replaced all the carpeting for that amount of $ they said they paid. At any rate, I would stay at these condos again but never this unit. If these people want to charge so much a night they need to make sure their unit smells good! Very disappointing to sit in the living room nightly and smell this. I believe it was urine from an animal. They said they had no animals however I found dog food in their laundry room. Interesting...

Great location and comfy beds

This place worked very well for a big group and we loved having the shuttle right our the front door. The managers, Skyrun, were great to work with and very helpful. Keystone is great for kids, we skied breck last year and will never go back.
