Keystone’s Best Views: Corner Unit with 360° Mountain Vistas to the Continental Divide.

This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two queen beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It features beautiful slope views as well as views of the Snake River from the private balcony. Walk to the lifts or take the shuttle and be anywhere in the resort within minutes. Tenderfoot Lodge offers shared amenities, including two hot tubs and a large outdoor deck with seating and unparalleled views of Snake River and the slopes.

The spacious entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Here you will also find the private washer and dryer tucked away into the hallway closet. For your convenience laundry detergent is provided. The living area features hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, a flat screen TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, ample seating, queen size sleeper sofa and incredible slope views through the many windows and balcony sliding doors. Just off the living area you will find access to the private balcony offering outdoor seating, crisp alpine air and incredible mountain and river views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area is set apart from the kitchen and comfortably seats six around a wood table and chairs. There is seating for two more at the breakfast bar. Just off the living area is the first of two full bathrooms and it has a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. Enjoy the slope views from the large bedside window. The en suite bathroom has a large vanity and a jetted tub with shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and beautiful views from the window.

The biggest negative was that the bedrooms were freezing cold while the rest of the place was nice and warm. I noticed that one of the windows did not close all the way. It made for uncomfortable nights of sleep. There were no laundry supplies as stated and a few kitchen items were out. Also the guest shower was not cleaned before our arrival. The good thing was that we were right across the street from the Red shuttle bus stop and the Summit stage bus stop. It was a great location for quick drive to Dillon for supplies. Breckenridge was an easy 25 min drive away. Overall the stay was good, despite the negatives. The views were amazing and location was convenient.

The location of the condo is great, within walking distance to Keystone Resort, with nice mountain views. The ski storage and covered parking garage were convenient.That said, the condition of the unit was disappointing. The condo is very outdated, and the sofa bed in the living room was broken, which is unacceptable given that the unit is advertised to accommodate up to six people. Because the sofa bed was not usable, the sleeping capacity did not match the listing. The bedrooms, beds, and closets are extremely small.The kitchen was poorly equipped, with missing basic utensils (only two soup spoons available) and very limited cooking equipment. The technology throughout the condo is very old. The TVs are small, there are no speakers or smart features for music, and the thermostat is outdated and difficult to read. Additionally, the floors were dirty, and some of the walls had visible stains.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. This was a great central location for visiting the surrounding areas. Our teen kids enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

A-basin trip

Four of us came to stay for a week to ski the last full week at a-basin. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small but it worked for our needs. The beds and pillows were comfy. Great view of keystone. Our only complaint was just there was too much decor that made it feel cluttered. It overall would recommend and stay again in the future!

Good & Bad

First the "good." The condo per se is a beauty! It is nicely furnished, very well equipped, very clean, very quiet, and has a wonderful view of Keystone. More importantly, the "bad." The Vrbo website advertised the condo as "ski-in/ski-out. By any definition the condo is not ski-in/out. It is located over a quarter of a mile (.32 of a mile to be exact) from the closest ski lift. It is possible to walk to the ski lift on an unmarked, unprepared and unmaintained path, which has a walker going through a wooded section, multiple parking lots and a road to reach the ski area. Without wearing ski boots or carrying any equipment the quarter-mile trek over an ice cover path takes ten minutes. The closest bus pick-up point is also distant and located on the very busy, fast paced Highway 6 about a quarter mile away. The garage parking was fine for a small SUV, but it was noted from other guests that their larger SUV's and trucks did not fit the garage entrance. Additionally, the TV did not function during the entire stay even though contact was made daily for assistance with the condo management services. Although we enjoyed the condo itself, our primary criteria for selecting the condo was ski-in/out. The bottomline is that we were extraordinarily disappointed with our stay and that the condo was misrepresented as a ski-in/out condo.

Great Stay

We loved our stay here, it’s a short walk to the lifts, however you do have to branch over to the middle of the resort from the first lift to access everything. Also, you will get stuck on the other lifts at night as everything else closes earlier including the 1 lift in front of this condo, so you’ll have a little bit of a walk through the village back home. The view was beautiful, we loved the condo itself. Nice gas burning fireplace was easy to use. Space is tight, but it’s priced accordingly. Check-in was easy, almost too easy so I felt the instructions weren’t quite clear enough. Just park anywhere outside and access the unit with code, get parking pass from inside and then park car inside using your unit door code for garage. Your door code accesses any door in the building which is cool. Only complaint is they gave us about 5 small bathroom sized trash cans but no large trash can anywhere. We were cooking (another plus of this place) to save money but not having a real trash can was annoying since the trash compactor is on the other side of the property. Everything else overall was great, I would definitely come back and stay again.

However, the bedroom was a bit drafty, and the 5-person complex felt less spacious than the one for 4 people. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor room-related considerations.

Beautiful, quiet condo. I wouldn't exactly call it "spacious", it was cozy, adequate. I think 6 people would call it crowded. The beds were comfortable but the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress, unable to sleep on it. Everything else was near perfect. Would stay again.

Short Getaway

We chose this condo for a short brother's getaway. I've had just so-so luck with this type of VRBO in the past, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The condo was truly beautiful and clean with all the amenities that were needed. We were able to watch the skiers from our windows and deck and enjoyed the cozy living area with the fireplace. A real plus was the parking garage! As it snowed quite a bit the first night, it was so nice being able to get in our truck and not have to scrape the windows. The property ownership was very communicative and I felt comfortable that anything we needed would be addressed. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again

Loved Tenderfoot!
